'Top of the Shop', Ras-el-hanout is a versatile spice blend. It can be used as a dry rub or marinade for meat, poultry or fish. It can be stirred into rice, couscous, quinoa, casseroles or stews and even added to a stir-fry.
Ras-el-hanout can be purchased from North African specialty stores to select health stores or online. But I will show you how to make your own.
