Tabouleh is a classic Lebanese dish made with bulgur wheat. With this recipe, I have replaced the wheat with finely chopped cauli-florets and mixed it together with fresh herbs and garden vegetables to produce a fabulous gluten-free, low-carb alternative that can be consumed anytime, with any meal.
