Slow Cooked MealsFabulous Family Eats

All it takes for the TCB Beef Ragout is a budget cut of beef, simple pantry ingredients, and a little bit of patience, the end result is a delicious, comforting meal with tenderized meat that just falls apart.

The beauty of slow-cooked meals is that they require minimal prep, and once the ingredients are in the pot, you just switch it on and leave it to simmer all day.

Enjoy any time of the day, or add rice, couscous, or pasta to enjoy as a post-workout meal.
