Kabobs are an easy and versatile way to add lots of flavour and variety to your menu. The best part of kabob cooking is the almost limitless array of ingredients you can thread onto your skewer. You can use any combination of meats, seafood, fruits, and/or vegetables to please any palate. I'm a big fan of marinating the meat before cooking it allows the flavours to permeate throughout and keep the meat moist and tender.
