Overtraining - what is it & why you need to avoid it.

Do you exercise consistently, every week, but have little to show for your efforts?..... You could be overtraining.

Overtraining is often discussed however, it is rarely defined, clearly.

In fact no course or accreditation I've seen teaches people how to systematically avoid overtraining when they take up exercising. And that's a shame because overtraining makes results impossible.
